Of course, the better is your camera, the better the results will be, but in any case if you look carefully at shots taken even by the most expensive cameras equipped with the most expensive lenses you will see various artifacts. It is very hard to make ideal cameras, because there are a lot of factors that affect the final image quality, and at some point camera and lens designers have to trade one factor for another to achieve the optimal image quality, within the given design restrictions and budget.
But we all want ideal shots, don't we?:) So that's what's lensfun is all about - rectifying the defects introduced by your photographic equipment. There are various EXIF tools around of course, but cool GUI application and simplicity are always a plus.
Shutter actuation is an important factor because it tells you the extent of wear the camera has undergone, and it’s particularly crucial when you are buying used cameras. Almost all new digital cameras use the EXIF annotation, storing information on the image such as shutter speed, exposure compensation, F-number, what metering system was used, if a flash was used, ISO number, date and time the image was taken, white balance, lenses that were used and resolution. All this Informations is usually embedded in the EXIF data of the picture files. This tool is available as a stand-alone Windows win32 executable and a Macintosh OS X package.

Panasonic's small cameras have not been known for their sense of style, though Panasonic is trying to change that with some of its recent releases (the 'FP' series and the 'S' series). While the FH27 is not what most would consider particularly stylish, it's not necessarily a bad thing, as not everyone desires a camera that is a fashion statement. I did find the camera to be attractive, however.
With their reputation for good handling, quick operation and good image quality, Panasonic's point-and-shoot cameras have become very popular. They are also very full featured for their price points, and the FH27 is no exception with its 16.1 megapixel sensor, wide angle 8x optical zoom Leica lens (28-224mm, 35mm equivalent), Intelligent Auto mode, optical image stabilization, HD video (720p), Panasonic's latest Venus IV processor, and its large 3.0-inch diameter touchscreen LCD. An excellent dSLR for experienced shooters or Nikon professionals looking for a relatively cheap option, the Nikon D7000 delivers on almost all counts, including the company's best shooting design to date When it comes to mid-to-high-end dSLRs, it takes quite a bit to float my boat these days. I'm not looking for whizzy new features, bold redesigns, or insane burst rates for either myself or the shoppers I advise; to me, the perfect camera just gets out of the way between my eye and the final photograph (and perhaps video). That's a lot more elusive than you'd expect. But shooting with the Nikon D7000 frequently came close to delivering the photographic tinglies in a way I haven't felt in way too long-I think since. The Evolution Continues.
